What this covers
This policy applies to creatorcrt.com and CRT forms, referral links, and presale records. It does not control third-party wallets, blockchain explorers, X, Telegram, or other sites you visit from our links.
Information we collect
We collect information you provide and records needed to verify campaign and payment activity.
Whitelist details
Email address, Telegram username, and Solana wallet address submitted through the whitelist form.
Referral records
Your referral code, the wallet that used it, and campaign totals used to calculate referral eligibility.
Presale records
Public wallet address, transaction signature, payment asset and amount, CRT allocation, round, and confirmation time.
Security signals
Limited technical information used for rate limiting and bot protection, including the IP address supplied with a request.
How we use it
We use this information to operate the products and programs you choose to use.
- Save and update your whitelist entry.
- Create a referral code and attribute a referred wallet once.
- Verify a submitted presale transaction against the public Solana network and record its confirmed amount.
- Calculate referral program totals and investigate duplicate, fraudulent, or abusive entries.
- Respond to privacy requests and meet legal obligations where they apply.
Where information is processed
We use service providers to host the site, store records, protect forms, and verify blockchain transactions. Those providers process data only to provide their service to us or where law requires it.
Off-chain records
Whitelist, referral, and presale records are held in our application database and are limited to authorized administrative use.
On-chain records
Wallet addresses, transaction signatures, and transfer details may be visible permanently on the Solana blockchain. We cannot edit or delete blockchain records.
Cookies, security, and retention
We do not use the site to run advertising profiles or sell personal information. Hosting and security services may use strictly necessary cookies or similar technology to keep the site working and protect forms from abuse.
We retain off-chain records while they are needed to operate, reconcile, secure, or support the relevant campaign, referral program, or sale record. When information is no longer needed, we will delete or anonymize it where reasonably possible. Public blockchain information remains public.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including encrypted connections where supported by our providers and restricted administrative access. No internet service can promise absolute security.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection to certain processing. We may need to verify that a request relates to the email address or wallet in our records before acting on it.

Important limits
The site is not intended for children. Do not submit information if you are below the minimum age to use these services where you live. We may update this policy as the product changes; material changes will appear on this page with a new update date.
